3. Trust Accounts for Property Owners Fee - $10 per month
Landlords must put all security deposits in an interest-bearing trust account in a bank, treasury branch, credit union or trust company in Alberta within 2 banking days of the time they collect them from the tenant.
Agents Own Realty will hold your tenants' security deposit in our Securtiy Deposit Trust Account and provide the Owner/Landlord and the Tenant with monthly Statement of Account.
